The logo design required a balance between architectural strength and creative energy. The result is a V mark, using hard angles to one side establishing strength and authority, and a stylized flame as the right diagonal. The flame is orange to add energy, as well as warmth, to the palette.
With a copy-heavy website, the iconic illustrations carry the brand tone while visually supporting the content and flow of information. In addition to the icons representing services provided by Vertetude, I shot a photo of my work space with a physical build of the Vertetude logo, overlaid by animated linework.
